Soft skills :- It is the ability of an individual to communicate effectively.

Basic components of an effective communication :-
* Active listening
* Voice modulation
* Rate of speech
* Pronunciation
* Intonation

Intonation :-It is about putting proper stress on a specific word in a sentence to change the meaning of the whole sentence.
for instance take a simple statement : I want this.
when we put stress on 'I' :- I want this. (it means-do i need this)
when we put stress on 'THIS' :- i WANT this. (it means-i need this or anything else)

Voice modulation :- The ups and downs in the voice is voice modulation.speakers go for it to avoid monotones and ineffective communication.
